If you're thinking about upgrading to our enhanced service, we'd recommend getting in touch with the team before you launch your site.
We'll be able to advise on the best route forward, and even help shave a few costs along the way. In fact, we think it's so important to upgrade before your guests start viewing your site, that we're offering reduced packages to anyone that upgrades before their first delegate clicks to attend.
We'll transfer your site over to our more comprehensive site design, and we'll take care of all your data too.
Of course, you can still upgrade once your site is built, but why not do it sooner?
Absolutely. Delegates just need to head to their Dashboard, click on your event, and then hit the 'Cancel registration' button. Your delegate data will automatically update behind the scenes too and their ticket will automatically be re-released - giving someone else the chance to attend.
It's worth choosing your site URL carefully, because once it's live, you won't be able to change it.
We don't want people to get too bogged down in the details, so we've just given you space for one beautiful high-res image. Department.Events is ideal for smaller events that won't really need delegate name badges. If you're hosting a larger event, feel free to get in touch and see if our enhanced package (which includes a whole team of people to help sort out your delegate badges) is more suited to your needs.
You'll want to go to your Dashboard, and then click into the 'Your Details' tab. If you've forgotten your password, click on the 'Log in' button and then hit 'Forgotten password'. We'll send a new password link out to your email.
Our home page is designed to create a bit of a community for all our events. If you don't want your event to show on the home page, make sure to set your event's status to 'Hidden' in the Edit Event page.
